Ajay Kumar Singhal is a distinguished Senior Government Professional who retired as a top-level officer from the Central Government of India after more than 36 years of exceptional service. Born on 14th September 1964, he has been a cornerstone in the modernisation of Indian Railways, working across electric locomotive manufacturing, passenger coach maintenance, metro train operations and international railway systems.

Holding an M.Tech in Power Systems from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from G.B. Pant University, he brings formidable academic credentials backed by decades of real-world leadership. His contributions to renewable energy, power trading and dispute resolution have made him a respected authority in the sector.
